Position context

The candidate will be integrated within the Channel & Customer Marketing Off Trade team (Trade Marketing) and will report to the Channel & Customer Marketing Director Off Trade.

The resource will support the CCM Off Trade team in managing daily activities, various projects and data analysis activities related to the three categories Aperitifs, After Meal and Premium Spirits.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Support in the implementation of expo boxes and visibility materials at the point of sale: monitoring process of opening new codes, RDA (purchase requisition) management, contact with suppliers (monitoring timing, stock and warehouse delivery);
  • Support in the proper implementation of planned activities;
  • Support in the management of the CET platform for the correct loading of planned activities;
  • Support in managing coding in SAP for all materials;
  • Support in coordinating the activity booking system, uploading and updating activities and assignments by area;
  • Support in report analysis sell in and sell out databases;
  • Support in the implementation of Consumer Engagement activities;
  • Support in the implementation of monthly newsletters;

 

The candidate will have the opportunity to gain significant experience in terms of:

  • Knowledge of the main logic of Category Management;
  • Knowledge of the main business management systems (e.g., SAP and its declinations);
  • Management of the Purchase Order process;
  • Category management projects;
  • Complex data analysis and preparation of structured meetings;

 

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing (and similar);
  • Knowledge of Italian is mandatory;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent ability to organize own work according to priorities;
  • Strong collaborative attitude and aptitude for teamwork;
  • Proactivity and Propensity to learn;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Passion for the world of Spirits.
