Job Description:
- Drives online sales growth by managing e-commerce channels, optimizing product visibility and conversion, and executing channel promotions aligned with brand and commercial strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Omnichannel & Channel Strategy
- Develop and execute annual/ Quarterly strategies to drive profitable growth across CVS E-Commerce (Smart Order), and existing EC Channels.
- Identify and develop new route-to-market opportunities, partnerships, and digital commerce platforms.
- Lead channel-specific growth initiatives aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
- Build an omni-channel strategy that is tightly aligned with offline sales and execution priorities.
Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Working together with Off trade team; own the development and execution of annual Joint Business Plans on EC.
- Define growth targets, promotional calendars, and investment priorities with strategic accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
Customer Exclusive Innovation
- Lead the development and execution of customer-exclusive products and channel-specific innovations.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, CCM, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to create:
- Exclusive SKUs
- Limited Edition Packs (LEP)
- Value Added Packs (VAP)
- Seasonal and occasion-based offerings
- Build innovation roadmaps that support customer differentiation and incremental growth.
Commercial Planning & Performance Management
- Manage channel P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, shopper behavior, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop forecasting and business cases for new product launches and customer-specific initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, CCM, Supply Chain, and Finance team to ensure OTIF target delivery.
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver customer plans, innovation launches, and commercial excellence initiatives.
- Champion a consumer-centric and data-driven approach to decision making.
Key Account Management (Optional)
- Manage strategic relationships with major convenience retail partners and online customers.
- Negotiate promotional programs, and visibility initiatives.
- Drive category leadership by leveraging shopper insights and market trends.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, Spirits, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Proven experience managing CVS Channel accounts and/or E-Commerce customers.
- Demonstrated success in Joint Business Planning (JBP), commercial negotiations, and customer-specific innovation projects.
- Experience launching exclusive products, VAPs, LEPs, or channel-specific SKUs.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and shopper marketing principles.
- Strong English communication skills preferred.
