2、负责执行市场特制的销售计划，通过与经销商紧密合作实现所负责区域的业务指标（包括分销，进货和出货量，净销售金额，CAA&P和市场份额）；
3、激励和管理经销商的表现，定期组织业务回顾和市场拜访以建立和维持与关键客户的合作关系； 4、监测经销商关于经销和销售提升计划的执行情况；
5、维护和分享公司品牌的详细信息；
6、持续监测竞争对手的行为和市场行业的发展趋势以确保金巴厘中国始终保持竞争优势.
7、有效执行市场部的店铺活动计划
8、有效管理差旅费用再确保遵守公司的相关规定达到最优化；
9、确保在客户面前理性饮酒

至少3年的烈酒销售和分销商管理经验；
结果驱动和有效解决问题能力；
具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，注重细节，有说服力； 熟练掌握并运用办公软件；
良好的英语能力（为佳但不必须）
