Position Summary
Located in Seoul Korea, the Head of Rare Portfolio, Reporting to CCM or directly MD, responsible for coordinating the development of strategic direction for the future growth of Campari Group Rare portfolio business in Korea, the portfolio commercialization, the design of RTM models for D2C, commericially engaged with HNWI group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Involve to set Annual plan and KPI
- Elevated focus on D2C channels, with coordinated, global approach across Private Sales,
- concentrated focus for luxury in core markets and key cities to establish luxury brand credentials
- execution of Rare brand PR and consumer communication activities
- CRM solutions at local level to build HNWI clients’ database, manage and communicate
Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required
Experience & Education:
- University graduate of business management, marketing or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills:
- Proven track record in high end Luxury with strong years of relevant experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- A good network and understanding/affinity with the luxury market
- A personal black book for some of the key strategic cities is a plus
- Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- High competency in spoken and written English
