About the Role
We are looking for a Project Governance & Transformation Specialist to support global innovation and supply chain initiatives by strengthening governance, analytics, and ways of working. This role plays a key part in enabling effective decision‑making, improving cross‑functional execution, and driving transformation initiatives across the innovation and portfolio lifecycle.
The position is a high‑visibility individual contributor role, based in Mexico City, with frequent interaction with global stakeholders and senior leaders.

We are looking for profiles with a strong background in supply chain, analytics, and cross‑functional project coordination, ideally within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods environments. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organizations while influencing without direct authority.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide governance, coordination, and oversight of cross‑functional innovation and supply chain workstreams.
- Support leadership decision‑making through structured analysis, reporting, dashboards, and insights.
- Drive and support SKU portfolio optimization and rationalization initiatives, including performance analysis and scenario evaluation.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Engineering.
- Support transformation initiatives by standardizing processes, defining best practices, and improving ways of working.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Track progress, risks, and priorities across multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, analytics, project governance, or transformation roles.
- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Alcoholic Beverages industries.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, Power Apps, or similar analytical tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Project management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and self‑leadership skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
