RESPONSABILITA’
La Responsabilità del ruolo ricomprende la corretta gestione di tutte le attività amministrative che sottendono all’entrata ed all’uscita della merce destinata al mercato Italiano ed Estero
Attivita'
- Gestione documentale
- controllo della documentazione e verifica della corrispondenza tra ordini, documenti di trasporto e bolle
- fatturazione degli ordini esteri
- creazione della documentazione per trasporti UE ed extra UE (EAD, bolla doganale, codice di svincolo, CMR)
- creazione della documentazione per trasporti nazionali (XABD)
- predisposizione del VGM (verifica peso container) per le pratiche di imbarco
- Collaborare con l’operatore logistico per garantire a tutti gli attori un corretto flusso delle informazioni e dei documenti
- Con la supervisione dell’outbound supervisor, verificare che le procedure logistiche siano applicate dal partner logistico
- Possibilità di seguire progetti relativi al magazzino prodotto finito

Conoscenze tecniche
Applicativi Windows (word, excel)
Software gestionale SAP (è un plus)
Software doganali (è un plus)
