La risorsa si occuperà di fornire assistenza tecnica alle diverse funzioni e attività del reparto di imbottigliamento. In particolare, dovrà supportare direttamente il Performance & Process Engineer nelle attività mirate al miglioramento dei processi industriali attraverso l’analisi, il controllo, la reportistica e il coordinamento dei sistemi e dei programmi utilizzati.
Attività previste:
Supportare il Performance & Process Engineer nello svolgimento delle attività operative necessarie a:
- monitorare analizzare e comunicare le performance di Reparto (esempio: funzionamento del MES SedApta, boards di Reparto, presentazioni e piani di azione)
- sviluppare piani di miglioramento continuo
- garantire la corretta gestione contabile delle produzioni (SAP EWM, pulizia PSA, quadratura consumi, risoluzione anomalie, creazione nuove utenze)
- gestire la registrazione, prioritizzazione chiusura e feedback dei TAG di Reparto
- gestire la chiusura delle azioni di miglioramento emerse dalle verifiche e/o ispezioni di Sicurezza e Qualità/igiene
- sviluppare e/o aggiornare manuali utente / OPL / CIL.
