Role Overview
The Supply Response Senior Manager leads end-to-end supply planning for Jamaica, including inventory, production, capacity planning, and scheduling. This role ensures product availability to meet customer demand locally and globally while driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service levels.
The role also leads the S&OP Supply Review, supports the broader S&OP/S&OE processes, and plays a critical role in capability building, continuous improvement, and SAP IBP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Execution
- Lead supply planning, inventory policies, production, capacity planning, and scheduling
- Ensure on-time, in-full supply across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
- Manage constraints, risks, and trade-offs, proactively communicating solutions
- Oversee deployment, import planning, and intra-region flows
S&OP / S&OE Leadership
- Lead S&OP Supply Review and co-lead Plan Alignment
- Serve as the supply planning lead for S&OE and LTP processes
- Drive governance, execution, and continuous improvement of S&OP in Jamaica
- Act as key local contact for global/regional stakeholders
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports (plus indirect oversight)
- Provide coaching, performance management, and capability development
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and regional teams
- Align supply plans with demand and business objectives
- Communicate supply risks, financial impacts, and mitigation plans
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track and report KPIs (service levels, inventory health, working capital, fill rates)
- Identify root causes and drive corrective actions through S&OP/S&OE processes
- Support regional inventory and performance management initiatives
Production Planning & Inventory Management
- Develop long- and mid-term production and capacity plans (MPS)
- Define inventory strategies, safety stock, and stock targets
- Drive SLOB management and inventory optimisation initiatives
- Balance service, cost, and inventory trade-offs
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain within FMCG
- Experience in global/matrix organizations and cross-cultural environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proven people leadership experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business preferred)
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar preferred
- SAP IBP and Project Management certifications a plus

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $101,175 - $134,900. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
