General Description of the Role
- Support the development and implementation of multi-country sourcing strategy for indirect materials focused on Digital and Creative agencies aligned with business needs and global Category Leaders
 - Lead negotiation, contracting and suppliers performance management for the categories under their control
 - Lead/support execution of multi-country procurement initiatives in these categories
 - Manage stakeholder relationships for the referred categories and countries.
 - Collaborate in global initiatives as well as manage relationships with global teams.
 - Act as single point of contact for Marketing stakeholders in Jamaica
 
Mission/Objectives
In line with the procurement mission, the objectives of this role are to ensure an efficient, effective and continuous supply of Marketing Services for Campari US, Jamaica and Canada through the design and implementation of the most appropriate sourcing solutions and vendor performance animation, constantly investigating opportunities to improve our cost-base in a sustainable way.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Develop knowledge of category cost break down, cost modeling, cost index tracking
 - Support the development of cost evolution assumptions for the budget process
 - Conduct RFX and support category manager to negotiate contract under scope
 - Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are collected and agreed upon
 - Analyze the total cost of ownership. Develop and execute a category productivity plan to improve efficiency
 - Execute supplier qualification and onboarding
 - Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance for selected suppliers
 - Support contract management process
 - Develop and implement a multi-country sourcing strategy aligned with business needs
 - Ensure compliance with the standards or requirements established in the Procurement Policy
 
Key Relationships
Internal: Local/Regional/Global Procurement peers, Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Plant Managers, Documental Control Analyst.
External: Suppliers, government and regulatory entities.
Education / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
 - Minimum 4-5 years of procurement experience or as a sum of role related experiences (project management, marketing)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $79,400 - $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
