We are looking for a Price & Revenue Growth Analyst for the US Finance team in New York, you will have the opportunity to turn complex commercial and consumer data into clear and actionable insights. You’ll shape trade terms, investment allocation and brand economic positioning across categories, linking P&L objectives with consumer value perceptions to drive profitable growth.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business or related field.
- 2+ years evaluating commercial structures/trade agreements and P&L performance to optimize profitability (Category Development and/or market research preferred).
- 2+ years building analytical models, working with large datasets and translating data into decision‑ready insights.
- Consumer products experience strongly preferred, BevAlc and familiarity with the US 3‑Tier distribution model a plus.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Python and SAP preferred.
- Strong gross profit mindset, commercial P&L fluency and breakeven analysis experience.
- Exceptional communication, able to turn complex analysis into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse shipments, depletions and sell‑out to identify margin shifts under different deal structures and recommend adjustments to improve profitability across manufacturer–distributor–retailer.
- Monitor promotional investments, benchmark against competitive norms and build pre/post event analyses (dashboards) to quantify impact and guide future allocation.
- Partner with State Sales Managers to capture and maintain accurate promotional plans and funding mechanisms in internal systems.
- Identify trade‑up opportunities across brands, categories and packages, define economic positioning (affordability vs. premiumization) versus key competitors.
- Initiate/manage primary research with agencies to uncover competitive sets, purchase drivers and decision factors that inform pricing, promotion and structural choices.
