Position Overview

The Global IT Manager, CRM & Data will play a key role in shaping how our key Global markets drive significant value from our IT investments, become more data-driven and build long-lasting relationships with our consumers across our iconic brands. Whilst the role predominantly focuses on the CRM & Data workstreams, we work closely across the wider MarTech platforms to ensure there is joined-up approach, so there will be wider opportunities to contribute to the overall Marketing Technology portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Digital Marketing trends focused around CRM, consumer data activations, and capable of optimizing processes through the use of technology and automation. The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders across multiple global markets is a must-have as well as being able to translate technical information for a business audience. We’re seeking a proactive and passionate IT Manager who can challenge the way we do things, and you’ll be joining us at a pivotal point in our tech evolution, with development opportunities for the role in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery and adoption of Marketing Automation and Consumer Data platforms – Driving value from the solutions and working closely with our stakeholders to embed best-practice
  • Translate marketing needs into technology requirements – Challenging user requirements and developing solutions that tangibly improve our processes
  • Contribute to the value proposition of marketing tools by helping stakeholders understand and realize the business value of the platforms
  • Assist with platform enhancements and governance – Build a technical understanding of the solutions to be hands-on with functionality and able to confidently recommended improvements
  • Review new product features & industry trends to continually evolve the capability – Translating this into opportunities for process and wider strategic improvements

Key Activities

  • Support marketing campaigns through CRM/Marketing Automation platforms – Partnering with our key markets and stakeholders to ensure seamless use of our technology
  • Gather and document requirements – Clear and concise business needs that our stakeholders can sign-off and, where needed, technical teams can build from
  • Assist testing and release activities – Drive ownership in the business of testing and approving new features, releases or processes. Getting hands-on to support the end-to-end process
  • Monitor adoption and performance – Ensure key users and their supporting teams are actively utilizing the technology, flagging any issues and looking for opportunities keep adoption levels high
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams – Manage internal team’s needs and work closely with our technology partners to continually evolve the platforms, or address any issues

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical inputs
  • Passion for technology and data - particularly how MarTech platforms enable customer engagement & personalisation
  • Problem solver with an ability to delve into technical details
  • Basic understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Proactive and curious, with a willingness to broaden knowledge of MarTech platforms and data ecosystems
  • Comfortable in global, matrixed environments

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT, marketing technology, CRM/Marketing Automation, or data roles
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze)
  • Knowledge of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), Data Warehouses and SCV (Single Customer Views) and associated technology
  • Experience of applying AI & Automation to Consumer Engagement processes
  • Basic understanding of data concepts, integrations and APIs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field of study

Additional Requirements

  • Up to 10–15% travel

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $101,200.00 - $134,900.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
