General Description of the Role
The Facilities & Mail Coordinator (FMC) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of Campari America’s New York office. This role maintains a well-functioning, organized, and welcoming workplace through hands-on facilities management and oversight of mail and package services.
The FMC handles day-to-day facilities needs, including minor repairs, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness across all office areas—ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality. The role also manages mail and shipping operations using in-house tracking software, coordinates with carriers, and supports unique shipping requests or special projects.
As part of the HQ Experience team, the FMC provides exceptional service and communication, supports facilities budgeting and purchasing, and upholds Campari’s premium workplace standards through proactive ownership and attention to detail.
Mission & Objectives
Ensure a well-maintained, productive, and efficient office environment by overseeing daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance services, and managing mail and package logistics. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and the HQ Experience team to deliver high-quality maintenance and mail services, while embodying operational excellence and soigné hospitality.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Support the smooth daily operations of Campari New York headquarters, ensuring the office is well-maintained, functional, and organized.
- Coordinate and oversee facilities maintenance, vendor scheduling, and repairs, taking hands-on ownership of all office areas, common spaces, meeting rooms, and specialty spaces, looking and performing their best.
- Manage mail and package services, including incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking through in-house software, and coordinating with couriers and carriers.
- Partner with the HQ Experience & Facilities Manager and external vendors to support safety programs, building maintenance, and regular service schedules.
- Oversee office supply inventory and storage areas, maintaining clear ownership systems for team and shared spaces.
- Provide administrative and budget support, including processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality in every interaction, helping to create a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, office management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required): Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Additional Experience (preferred but not required):
- Experience in Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, or other similar hospitality environments
- Experience in organizing managing logistics for office events and meetings
- Experience supporting or leading team members in daily operations.

- Familiarity with facilities-related IT systems (lighting, sound, or display systems) a plus.
- Experience with mail or package tracking software a plus.
Other
- Availability to work extended hours or weekends when required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of facilities-related tasks.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $70,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
