This is a pivotal role within our Business Units group, offering the opportunity to lead critical growth initiatives for some of the most iconic spirits in the market.

As CCM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive category and channel plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of brand plans and optimize performance across various markets.

  • Develop and implement robust commercial strategies for Vodka, Rums, and Scotch categories to increase market share and profitability.

  • Lead detailed category management planning including pricing, assortment, promotional activities, and innovation initiatives tailored to consumer insights and market trends.

  • Drive shopper marketing excellence — messaging, retail execution, and activation — to win at the point of purchase.

  • Establish strong partnerships with sales teams, providing them with the tools, insights, and support necessary to achieve sales targets and execute go-to-market plans effectively.

  • Manage agency relationships across POSM, experiential activations, creative campaigns, and seasonal programming.

  • Analyze market data and syndicated performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring timely adjustments to strategies.

  • Manage brand P&L responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and operating within budget guidelines.

  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and contribute to innovation and development projects.

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in category and commercial management processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in US spirits market, with deep understanding of the 3-tier system, selling environment, and regulatory landscape.

  • Proven success in shopper marketing, ideally in channel marketing strategy; field or customer marketing backgrounds also considered.

  • Diverse marketing experience within spirits (not wine or beer), ideally as a Brand Manager.

  • Experience managing agencies and delivering impactful shopper and experiential campaigns.

  • Strong background in budget management, marketing operations, and syndicated data analysis.

  • Experience with culturally impactful brands, particularly in Rums.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

What We Offer
