Campari India Private Ltd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable On & Off Trade Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and strengthen Campari's presence in both the on-trade and off-trade markets, contributing to our overall business objectives and brand expansion in the Hyderabad region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to increase sales and market share across both on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retail outlets, supermarkets) channels in the Hyderabad region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to ensure optimal brand visibility and availability.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to coordinate promotions, product launches, and training sessions for trade partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports to inform senior management and contribute to business planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within all trade activities.
- Represent Campari India at industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand presence and business development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in trade marketing, sales, or a similar role within the beverage or FMCG sector, preferably with exposure to on-trade and off-trade dynamics.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market, its customer preferences, and trade landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
- Result-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
