Senior Digital Engagement Manager (m/f/d)

Mission
Strategic development & building of best in class digital team driving the digital transformation of Campari Germany while stronly contributing to brand-building. Drive shift from paid to owned/earned with development of the key consumer journeys across all digital touchpoints building a brand community for focus brands in strong collaboration with Brand- as well as Customer & Channel Managers.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Develop the digital marketing team and manage the Digital Engagement Manager - coach & consult Brand & Channel Managers
- Develop / deploy best practice digital communication (paid, owned, earned) for major digital touchpoints such as Social Media, Influencer engagement and CRM in line with brand strategy
- Roll-out of CRM including setting up infrastructure, newsletter communication & continuous dev't of websites as central hub to build a community of brand advocates
- Ongoing maintenance of digital hubs such as websites and social media accounts
- Lead & cooperate with agencies and internal (local and global) partners - build an external network
- Continuously look out for digital trends and opportunities to grow the business
- Managing 1 Camparista and support in those future development within Campari
Qualifications and Skills:
- Apprenticeship, Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years experience in a similar role, bestacase also with management experience
- Proven experience in that field, especially with Digital Strategies, bestcase from FMCG Company
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Interested in Social Media and how to build brands in Digital enviroments
