General description of the role

 

The position of Channel & Customer Marketing Manager Advocacy is responsible to seed and build our brands and portfolio through the engagement with key influencers in the on-trade channel. The aim is to build strong and meaningful relationships with the right partners that share our values in order to leverage on their influencing power while leading the Campari Academy as a key platform to engage and educate the hospitality community.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

 

People leadership and culture:

 

  • Manage the Advocacy team with the aim to develop and grow the Campari Academy Manager
  • Ensure a conscious leadership mindset and empowerment on all levels to appetite for personal growth.
  • Establish a winning culture under the umbrella of the Campari Group leadership values and behaviors

 

Bartending Advocacy & Influencers

 

  • Identification of relevant influencer and opinion leader on trade (e.g. bartender, barowner, journalists)
  • Customer acquisition and care of existing cooperations
  • Development of advocacy concepts and campaigns for our portfolio as well as responsibility for the successful development of our existing portfolio programs
  • Development and execution of brand specific advocacy- and event projects

 

Campari Academy

 

  • Manage the Campari Academy and establish the platform as the leading education and engagement lighthouse in Germany and beyond.
  • Continuously evolve the contents and education modules in line with our brand strategies
  • Evolute and scale the education programmes to maximise ROI

 

Communications

 

  • Strategy & Management of our digital B2B channels including B2B pr
  • Development of the digital Campari Academy digital platform
  • Lead and manage the digital agency

 

Cross functional collaboration & coordination:

 

  • Collaborate closely with the CCM On-Trade team and the sales teams to manage operational plan execution and continuous improvements on the Advocacy elements of the perfect store playbook.
  • Work closely with the GCCM team to maximize impact of local initiatives or leverage on global assets.
  • Budget control, compilation of reports and analysis, tracking and reporting of KPIs

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Apprenticeship, Business Administration, event-management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in on-trade, event or project management, channel & customer marketing, or related roles.
  • Team spirit, creativity, high level of self-responsibility
  • High level of interest in bar culture and innovations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, business thinking
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Minimum 5 years+ of experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills also in English
