ROLE PURPOSE
La risorsa fornisce supporto amministrativo, contabile e operativo alle funzioni Finance e HR, contribuendo alla corretta gestione dei processi amministrativi e finanziari del Camparino, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle policy di Gruppo.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
Back Office Amministrativo:
- Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione amministrativa e contabile
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dati su sistemi aziendali
- Gestione della corrispondenza amministrativa
- Supporto operativo alle funzioni interne (prenotazioni, organizzazioni eventi,…)
- Interfaccia con fornitori e stakeholder esterni
- supporto ad attività legate alla sicurezza
Supporto Finance:
- Supporto alla contabilità fornitori (verifica e registrazione fatture)
- Gestione e controllo delle note spese
- Supporto agli ordini di acquisto
- Supporto alle chiusure contabili periodiche
- Preparazione report standard per Finance e Management
- Supporto durante audit e controlli interni
REQUISITI
- Esperienza in ruoli di back office amministrativo / supporto contabile
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, word
- Conoscenza di base dei processi contabili
- Inglese fluente
- Appartenenza alle categorie protette (L.68/99)
