The role is responsible for implementing the global initiatives and local solutions to support Supply Chain portfolio of IT solutions.
Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture & Technology team, the Global Service Delivery Team and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR & Legal, Business Development, Enterprise Analytics and Data Science.
The IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities.

General Description of the Role
Technology is transforming the way our supply chain operates internally and externally with our partners, constantly aiming to improve efficiency and improve service delivery. The need to be agile and react to this changing environment is essential for companies. Campari IT will play a key role to grasp those opportunities.
The Regional IT Business Partner Supply Chain is a member of the Americas IT Team dedicated to the Supply Chain area of certain Countries. This role works closely with the Business to implement and drive the adoption of technology solutions across the internal and external environments of our Americas Supply Chain. The role works both across key global solutions as well as drive innovation locally in areas of new opportunity. The role is a key component of the Campari Group OneIT organization, cooperating daily with Global, Regional and Local IT team members. This role reports to the Regional IT Director Supply Chain Americas.
Mission/Objectives
The role is focused on managing a portfolio of technology capabilities to support the business objectives for the global Supply Chain, ensuring that this portfolio drives business value, is delivered in through project excellence and brings innovative best practices and new technologies.
•Business partnership with key regional and market supply chain stakeholders to deliver technology solutions supporting the supply chain objective.
•Management of the regional/ local supply chain technology product portfolio and roadmap.
•Supports the business value realisation from technology implemetation and adoption.
•Supports process design and promotes best-practice adoption.
•Identities opportunities for technology investment through the adoption of existing global solutions or the piloting of local innovative solutions in new areas.
•Represents and communicates the world of innovation as it relates to technology across the supply chain organisation.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
•Acts as IT Business Partner for Supply Chain, contributing, prioritizing, and supporting in the definition of functional and technical solutions coming from new requirements.
•Supports the collection of business and functional needs and provides support and new ideas on business process design and enhancements, working with the Global IT team.
•Represents the single point of contact for any questions concerning the Supply Chain technical solutions, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationships.
•Contributes to business cases definition, in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and – once approved – supports the building of globally deployable platform.
•Leads fit-gap analysis between application global framework and business capabilities to evaluate solutions improvements or platforms, providing feedback to the business and facilitating understanding of technical choices
•Ensures that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technology framework and quality.
•Ensures continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating the current solutions vs the business needs to deploy a major level of effectiveness and efficiency.
•Guarantees the evaluation of the impact of the initiatives, tracking business benefits and lessons learnt.
•Proactively brings external innovation into Campari GroupApplication Roadmap Management
•Contribute to the definition of the application roadmap for Supply Chain, application portfolio standardization and simplification across all regional plants, with the support of Enterprise Architect team and in line with EAT procedures and guidelines.
•Support and monitor the adoption of the application portfolio (cloud and on premise), constantly delivering new capabilities and keep actual the Supply Chain application portfolio asset.
Project Management
•Support the definition of project plans in coherence within the Program Framework of the Global Supply Chain team.
•Adopts and enforces standard project management methodologies for all projects.
•Manages and ensures project execution and coordinates project teams for action plan, following the agreed timelines and budget.
•Ensures close collaboration with the Global Service Delivery organization to guarantee smooth transition from build to run operations.
•Support the updates to the Steering Committee on progress and results, decisions to take, issues and propose next steps

•Manages regular and relevant communication to all key global and local stakeholders.
•Supports the Global & Regional Service Delivery organization to solve application and technology issues when required.

External: External vendors (consultancy firms, IT system integrators)
Experience & Education
•+5-7 years of experience in similar roles working in IT in consultancy or multinational complex organization (preferable Spirit or FMCG industry), working across multiple countries
•International experience and mindset are a must
•In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Health & Safety, Warehousing & Logistics.
•Proven Experience in the implementation of one or more SAP Supply Chain Modules.
•Project management/coordination experience is a plus
•Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes
•Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science)
•Relevant technologies qualifications a plus - ITIL v4, Agile, Six Sigma,
•Fluent English and Spanish is a must, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus, as a third regional language
