General Description
The Jr Brand Manager supports the Senior Brand Manager in the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing activities. This role focuses on assisting day-to-day brand operations, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring timely reporting and administration aligned with business objectives. The Jr Brand Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of brand plans while gaining exposure to strategic brand management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Planning & Execution
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing
- initiatives.
- Support the coordination and implementation of brand campaigns across different consumer touchpoints.
- Help ensure all brand activities align with brand guidelines, timelines, and business priorities.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
2. Campaign & Activation Support
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Support coordination with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure proper execution of materials and activities.
- Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution status across channels.
- Support the preparation of briefs, presentations, and internal communication materials
3. Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis and performance reviews to inform strategic decisions.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reporting and alignment with business goals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with channel strategy, customer operations, sales, finance, and
supply chain teams.
- Align brand initiatives with commercial and operational plans.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns based on market needs.

Internal: Category Manager HOA, Sr. Brand Manager, Channel Strategy Aperitif On Trade , Channel Strategy Aperitif Off Trade, On Trade Field Manager, CCM Category Management On Trade, Campari Academy Lead, On Trade Brand Activators.
External: BTL Agencies, POS Suppliers, POSM ADM Suppliers, Consumers
Required Experience: At least 2 years of commercial experience in the Mexican market (marketing, sales, or customer/trade marketing).
Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
