Role Essence

The Consumer, Channel & Customer Manager is a catalyst for growth, accelerating Campari’s ability to build iconic brands at the point of sale. Through a bold 360° omnichannel approach, this role ensures Aperol, Campari, Espolón and other global priorities resonate across On‑Trade, Off‑Trade, media, and consumer experiences throughout the Caribbean and Central America.

Purpose

Ignite profitable growth and elevate brand building by designing and executing a comprehensive Consumer, Channel & Customer strategy. Partner closely with distributors and internal teams to translate global guidelines into local impact, inspiring execution that connects with consumers, shoppers, and bartenders across diverse markets.

What You Will Drive:

Shaping Strategy

  • Define brand growth priorities and distribution guidelines with marketing and distributors.
  • Guide annual Brand and Channel Plans to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic cycles (Strategic Plan, Brand Plan, Distributor Business Plan).

Unlocking Market Insights

  • Conduct regular field visits to capture market realities and opportunities.
  • Develop outlet segmentation and Perfect Store standards.
  • Establish omnichannel KPIs and scorecards to track performance.

Bringing Brands to Life

  • Deliver activation toolkits for consumer engagement, bartender advocacy, and shopper visibility.
  • Identify and partner with influential outlets to amplify brand presence.
  • Coordinate bartender training with Campari Academy.
  • Ensure execution of POS materials and visibility across Off‑Premise.
  • Share best practices across the region.

Fueling Growth Investments

  • Manage and allocate A&P/DD budgets in line with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor spend effectiveness and performance KPIs.
  • Adjust strategies based on distributor reports and market feedback.

Key Connections:

Internal: Marketing, Brand Managers, Campari Academy, Digital Media, Sales Area Managers, Global House of Brands.
External: Partner Distributors, BTL Agencies, POS Suppliers, Brand Ambassadors, Activators.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 6–7 years in Consumer/Trade Marketing with proven brand‑building expertise. Spirits industry background strongly preferred.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Skills: Strategic vision, communication and influencing, project management, pragmatic execution, team leadership.
  • Traits: Passion for spirits, proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, bilingual (Spanish & English).
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively (30–40% annually).
  • Tools: Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI desirable.
