The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior National Account Manager to take full ownership of Dhamecha as well as portfolio of key accounts within our Wholesale Cash and Carry channel. This will be an extremely high-profile role, offering full P&L accountability, senior customer and internal engagement, and the opportunity to shape the channel’s future.
Reporting into the Channel Head, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of customer strategies across your account base.
You will be accountable for delivering sustainable growth, driving strategic partnerships, and leading a cross functional team to execute best-in-class commercial plans. This role demands a high level of commercial acumen, strategic foresight, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development of the Convenience strategy, aligning with brand and business objectives
- Segment customers and build tailored growth plans to drive volume, margin, and brand visibility
- Deliver against ambitious commercial targets through insight-led planning and execution
Customer Leadership
- Own senior relationships with key customers, building strategic partnerships across commercial, marketing, and operational functions
- Negotiate trading terms and investment frameworks, ensuring commercial efficiency and ROI
Commercial Ownership
- Develop and execute long-term joint business plans, driving volume, margin, and brand equity
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for your customers
- Balance short-term wins with long-term value creation and sustainable growth
Innovation & Category Development
- Collaborate with NPD and category teams to deliver bespoke channel-led solutions
- Champion innovation and execution excellence across all customer touchpoints
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue white space opportunities across traditional and digital platforms
- Lead high-impact customer pitches and expand distribution footprint
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Marketing to deliver integrated plans
- Represent the channel in internal forums and contribute to broader commercial strategy
Candidate Profile

Essential Experience:
- Current operating as a high performing National or Senior Account Manager
- P&L ownership
- Strong understanding of the UK Convenience and Wholesale landscape
- Proven success in managing complex customer portfolios and delivering growth
- Experience building Joint Business Plans and driving category-led initiatives
