Role Overview
Campari Group is looking for a FP&A Specialist to join the Finance team based in London, United Kingdom.
This role will focus on driving business performance and profitable growth by acting as the finance business partner to our On‑Trade Sales team and Export team. It will provide consolidated visibility of channel, customer, and brand performance, delivering enhanced commercial insights through internal and external data analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making. The role will also co‑lead the Business Planning and Reporting cycles with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, commercial effectiveness, and customer‑driven performance management.
The successful candidate will report into the Senior Commercial FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Activities

Develops comprehensive financial and commercial analysis across all key indicators, with a strong emphasis on brand, customer, and channel performance for both the On‑Trade and Export teams. This includes variance analysis, customer and brand profitability, and organic growth drivers such as innovation and portfolio mix.

Evaluates and optimises pricing strategies by analysing current price models, promotional effectiveness, customer tenders, and trade terms. Provides recommendations that reflect margin impact, competitive benchmarks, and channel‑specific commercial strategies for both domestic on‑trade customers and international export partners.

Manages the upload of financial plans (annual budget, revised budgets, forecasts) within the internal ERP system (SAP‑BPC), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Delivers economic and operational insights that support decision‑making for the On‑Trade Sales team and Export Sales team, including scenario modelling, customer performance deep dives, and commercial investment analysis.

Collaborates closely with the accounting team to ensure financial processes, controls, and reporting reflect the operational realities of on‑trade and export activities, maintaining compliance and accuracy across all financial outputs.

Identifies root causes of performance deviations and defines corrective actions in partnership with the Head of On-Trade and Export Director.

Contributes to cross‑functional finance and commercial projects, partnering with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support initiatives that impact the on‑trade and export channels.

Owns the maintenance of pricing and discount structures across CPI and ERP systems, ensuring updates reflect commercial agreements, promotional plans, and strategic priorities

Potential to support Marketing A&P management, including building capability in A&P budget tracking, investment allocation, and ROI measurement. This includes partnering with the Marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of brand‑building activities, optimise spend across channels, and strengthen the link between A&P investment and commercial outcomes.

Experience and Skills
Experience:
-
Qualified in ACCA,CIMA or AAT
-
Minimum 3 years of proven Financial Planning & Analysis experience within Finance & Controlling departments of multinational FMCG companies, with focus on Sales & Marketing and revenue growth

Must have fluent spoken and written English, working ability in a second language (desired)

Experience with planning and reporting tools, especially SAP

Highly analytical with very good commercial awareness
Skills:

Expert in reporting, variance identification and root cause analysis

Strong economic and financial knowledge combined with strong analytical skills on growth drivers (P&L structure, SKU/brand/customer/channel mix and profitability, price trees, pricing decisions, price elasticity, Nielsen data, marginality improvement, optimal resource allocation)

SAP proficient (BW and BPC Planning tools are preferred)
