Role Overview
The Field Activation Executive (FAE) is responsible for delivering the day-to-day execution of the Perfect Store Activation Model within London and the South of England. The FAE ensures high quality, consistent activation across priority On Trade segments, with a focus on our Aperol Lighthouse accounts. The role feeds into strategic planning by providing regional insights and performance learnings, while primarily leading the operational implementation of activation plans, point of sale management, experiential support, and in venue execution.
This role is essential to enabling the geographical expansion of Perfect Store execution across the UK and maintaining excellence in point of sale activation. The Field Activation Executive will spend roughly 80% of their time on the Aperitifs portfolio, 20% on the Spirits portfolio.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Perfect Store Planning, Execution & Evaluation
- Lead the end-to-end activation of Perfect Store model across priority segments, including planning, execution and evaluation.
- Work with the Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to implement consumer engagement activities, in venue experiences, visibility drivers (eg Point of sale material placement) and trial driving moments.
- Monitor executional delivery in-venue and ensure compliance with Perfect Store KPIs. Monitor all levers throughout the activation season in partnership with the commercial counterpart.
- Capture performance data, Perfect Serve evaluation results against KPIs, and execution insights, making sure these learnings feed into future planning.
- Manage activation budgets assigned to allocated outlets, aligning spend and KPI targets CCM and commercial teams.
- Brief and manage CCM team agencies to implement and deliver campaigns. Act as key point person for the agency for in-venue activities, ensuring the agency delivers against pre-agreed KPIs including delivery timelines and budget.
- Work with the Field Activation Manager to lead the full end to end activation plan for Aperol Lighthouse accounts and Enhanced Venues, including commercial alignment, venue selection, team briefings, and customer meetings.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Working closely with the brand team to deliver the brand KPIs within the on-trade. Must have a basic understanding of marketing levers and the importance of the on-trade as a brand building channel
- Attend and support the Commercial team during key customer meetings, leading the creation of sell in-decks for brand customer activation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to activate the Regional Brand Ambassador (RBA) programme, including provision of selling tools and assistance in venue selections.
- Support Commercial and Customer Marketing teams on Customer Engagement Days by developing and presenting bespoke activities for Campari Group key customers.
- Provide regular feedback to the Customer Marketing team on competitor activity including product launches, consumer promotions, events, and trade engagement.
- Participate actively in Sales and Brand Team meetings to present, manage, and evaluate Perfect Outlet Activation plans.
POSM Operations & Logistics
- Manage point of sale material ordering, allocation, and forecasting across Customer Marketing and Commercial teams, coordinating with brand
- Oversee mass order sheets and coordinate delivery and in venue implementation.
- Monitor stock levels, incoming requirements, and prioritisation across activation projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all POSM related queries across the region.

Experience Required:
- 2+ Years minimum Channel & Customer Marketing and/or Commercial experience – preferably working activation/ execution
- Understanding and experience of on-trade brand activation
Other Requirements:
- This role requires frequent travel to and from customer meetings and activations.
- This role is based in London and spends 1 day per week the London office, Campari House.
