Role Overview
The Experiential Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating premium, distinctive and immersive brand experiences that strengthen our brands, support marketing objectives, and drive consumer awareness, trial and advocacy. You will identify, shape and deliver experiential opportunities working closely with UK and Global Brand teams, agency partners and event operators to ensure that all activities are amplified fully across all channels. This role works across all brands within the Campari UK portfolio, with a focus on Aperol, Courvoisier & Wray & Nephew.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Identify, evaluate and develop experiential opportunities that enhance brand positioning and deliver against business and marketing objectives.
- Lead the experiential planning process, ensuring opportunities are fully integrated into annual brand plans and deliver maximum value for Campari UK.
- Stay ahead of cultural, consumer and experiential trends – identifying new opportunities that will deliver cultural relevance and meaningfulness for our brands
- Manage budgets and ROI analysis for all experiential activity.
- Partner with Legal to assess risks and manage contracts.
Activation
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of key experiential projects, ensuring best‑in‑class execution.
- Collaborate with Brand, Customer Marketing, Digital and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximise consumer reach and amplification of all activities
- Champion sustainable solutions across all experiential activity and ensure all activations comply with Campari Group’s Code of Commercial Communications.
Evaluation
- Define KPIs for experiential activity and implement measurement frameworks to track performance, consumer impact and ROI.
- Provide clear recommendations to improve effectiveness and commercial value.
- Evaluate agency performance and maintain a roster of best‑in‑class partners.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Work closely with UK and Global Brand teams, CCCM, Commercial and other cross‑functional partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Build strong relationships with event owners, operators and promoters to secure high‑value opportunities for Campari brands.
- Share best practices and learnings across the Group and with other markets.
Experience & Skills
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Experiential Marketing (client or agency side).
- Proven ability to deliver both large‑scale events and tailored brand experiences.
- Strong understanding of how experiential fits within broader brand and business strategy.
- Track record of managing agencies and delivering high‑impact, optimised campaigns.
- Experience working with UK event owners/operators is a plus.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

- Skilled at managing agency partners and driving best‑in‑class execution.
- Willingness to travel and be on‑site for live activations.
