Position Name: FP&A Senior Analyst– Peru & Partnership Markets

People Manager: FP&A Coordinator – Peru & Partnership Markets

 

This pivotal role involves serving as a key financial partner for the commercial and CCM departments, standing out for its proactive approach in identifying profitable growth opportunities. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in developing investment strategies towards customers and providing ongoing support for processes and procedures inherent to their function. Additionally, he/she will offer recommendations, conduct comprehensive analyses, and integrate information for short and long-term decision-making. This role will also support budgetary processes (Forecast & Budget) and is responsible for sell out data generation and analysis.

 

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

 

• Conduct financial analysis with a focus on brand and customer profitability.

• Support Commercial and CCM in formulating the Trading Terms & Promo Spending investment strategy.

• Analyze internal and external market data to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with various internal functions, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

• Lead the construction of Sell In through the Consumption Model, incorporating information on Stocks, unrestricted demand, and Sell Out.

• Analyze Sell In/Sell Out, competitive pricing, and provide proactive recommendations to enhance profitability across channels, customers, and brands.

• Contribute to the Budget/Forecasting process in accordance with the local calendar aligned with the corporate schedule.

• Collaborate in planning and implementing pricing, creating impact scenarios.

• Be responsible for the Top line in the closing process, providing explanations vs. Budget and business KPIs.
