General Description of the Role
Lead the correct execution of visibility and activation of brands in the on-premise channel, respecting the strategy and guidelines of the brands defined in the channel plan.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
• Develops the brands execution strategy in the POS: Perfect serve, activations, visibility and availability.
• Responsible for the periodic visit of the most important accounts (volume, brand building, embassies).
• Efficiently manage the A&P budget and POP materials assigned.
• Coordinate sales issues and opportunities with sales executive.
• Responsible for negotiating visibility contracts.
Key Relationships
Internal: On trade coordinator, brand ambassador, sales team, mkt team.
External Client, distrubutors, BTL Agencies; POS suppliers, Third Party Distributors/ Wholesalers, Outlets.
Experience Required
• Proven track-record at Sales or on trade Executive level and/or Key Accounts in the local Market.
• Good knowledge and skills in all aspects concerning sales operations of mass consumption products, including the management of accounts, sales and distribution systems and processes.
• Proven track-record on planning, organization and communication.
• Effective and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, in relation to the analysis of sales, financial, marketing and budget reports.
Education / Professional Qualifications
• University degree, preferably related to Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
• Spanish Advanced, mandatory
• English: Intermediate or Advanced level

• Clear understanding of the Volume, Value, Profitability and Cash targets of their Channel per month, product and client.

• Guaranteeing compliance with Sell In and Sell Out sales objectives (Volume, Value, and Profitability).
• Construction of solid, long-standing relations with our Clients.
• Excellent execution of distribution/coverage plans (Territorial/client).

• Clients' results: Sell In / Sell Out in Volume and Value; Profitability per client.
