Job Summary: As a part of Distillery of Talents, you will participate in a structured program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a technical role within Campari Group. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will gain a deep understanding of our industry, products, and services, and develop expertise in key technical areas.

Project Responsibilities: The resource will provide the engineering technical assistance to support different manufacturing functions and activities in the Wild Turkey Bottling Department. The resource’s main objective will be to drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing bottling process. Increasing yields by completing Operational Efficiency improvement projects using data to drive project selection. Use of lean manufacturing problem solving methods to identify the root cause of the issue to be fixed. The resource will also manage smaller capital investment projects in Bottling relating to continuous improvement initiatives.

•Efficiency monitoring systems (M.E.S.)

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, management, or a related discipline.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, and propose practical solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Openness to take on challenging assignments and embrace new opportunities.
