Brand Builder Job Description:

Brand Builders are the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, they are involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various channels.

Wild Turkey Brand Builders will consistently deliver a first class memorable and enriching experience by leading engaging, informative, authentic, and informational tours and tastings. 

 Brand Builders will welcome, educate, and entertain distillery guests, ensuring an excellent on-site tour and tasting experience.

 

Brand Builder Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Positive, hospitable, dependable, and team-focused individuals with a high level of customer service understanding and experience.
  • Candidate must be certified or willing to become a certified Bourbon Steward through Stave and Thief
  • Complete STAR training and follow responsibility practices without exception
  • Able to lift 40-50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, squat and bend as this position requires a combination of mobility throughout the shift
  • Able to stand for a long period of time
  • Creative thinker who is capable of managing change
  • The ability to learn and remember all aspects of the distillery and bourbon-making process
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a high-paced setting
  • Ability to work enthusiastically with a wide demographic of guests
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Food and beverage, event, and/or tour guide experience is desired. Prior knowledge of distilled spirits is preferred
  • Provide genuine, friendly, courteous, professional service to all team members, distributors, partners and guests
  • Utilization of problem-solving skills during unexpected situations
  • Constant Communication with team members and Leadership
  • Proper Mixology Techniques and obtaining product knowledge (Training Provided)
  • Maintains the tasting area, keeping it clean and organized
  • Shuttle guests to/from the distillery as needed
  • Gain an understanding of Visitor Center operations, tour rotation, guidelines and best practices
