Mission of the Role

The mission of this role is to achieve and exceed business results in the assigned countries by designing and implementing a long-term, sustainable growth vision. This includes delivering bottom line results in line with the agreed budget, driving net sales revenue growth, improving margins, executing the Route to Market, and developing commercial and marketing strategies alongside the

Marketing and Customer Marketing teams. Additionally, the role involves managing daily relationships with third-party distributors.

 

Key Responsibility

  • Full commercial ownership of the sub-region, including P&L, pricing, distributor strategy, and long-term partnerships.
  • Defines and executes annual plans and routes to market, ensuring strong distributor performance.
  • Identifies portfolio opportunities and leads new launches aligned with regional strategy.
  • Supports Route to Market decisions, including partner scouting and in-market presence setup.
  • Contributes to the 3-year strategic plan and sets commercial targets (Volume, NSV, A&P, Market Share).
  • Leads distributor relationships, market analysis, and sales forecasting for accurate planning.

 

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics / marketing / business administration.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant marketing and sales experience within a structured multinational company.
  • Relevant experience in the Spirits, Wine, and Beer industry is a strong advantage.
  • Management of third-party distributors within the Caribbean region, (JBP).
  • Experience in premium brand development within a structured multinational environment, including exposure to various marketing roles.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong commercial and brand-building experience with a solid marketing foundation.
  • Skilled in business development, project execution, and time management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing abilities.

 

Travel

Frequent travel is required, with up to 60% travel expected for this position.
