JWN Academy Manager.
The JWN Academy is the local arm of the Campari Academy and as such is responsible for bringing its vision and mandates to life in the Jamaica and Partnership markets. The Academy is the Campari Center of Excellence with the aim of Training, Engaging and Inspiring the Bar Community with the ultimate goal of creating a strong network of genuine advocates for our brands and our company.
Description of the Role:
The role will require building and managing a compelling and evolving curriculum, developing a network through a refined recruitment and communications as well as managing the operations and budget of the Academy. The Academy will be used t o develop and drive drink strategiest hat support brand strategies. The
Academy Manager holds a leadership r ole in local drink strategy guidanceand development, lever aging industry know- how to build highly competitive and str ategic drink options for the local portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Builds trade support through the active engagement and training of the bartender, operator, and trade community
Builds & executes programs and opportunities that inspire industry cocktail, service, and training trends.
Using internal and external technologies, creates, communicates, and amplifies content that highlights trends, categories, techniques, and brands to a domestic and regional audience.
Develops training content to be used with Camparist as and/ or Distributor Partners driving understanding and awareness of the Campari portfolio
Develops and leads training in real time and/or via video. Ensures video training content is of premium quality
Develops and drives digital education at scale through various content delivery platforms.
Coordinates strategy with agency partners to curate JWN Academy social media content and presence.
Crafts relevant Drink Strategies that meet the requirements of both Local and Global teams
Provides consultancy and education for our sales force, trade partners and consumers
Provides strategic dir ection for the Digitalization of the JWN Academy in tandem with Local needs and Global construct
Creates and manages annual and quarterly operation budgets
Reports on Academy earning and financial status to CCM Director
Interprets and localizes Global Campari Academy assets
Create and deliver Academy courses as per Learning Path Modules
Develops and deploys JWN Academy strategy and effectively markets the Academy and its offerings
Leads the creation and maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management Tool
Conducts Trainer and content reviews in respectof the various Modules
Processes certification for all candidates
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Supported by the CCM Partnership Markets team, develops educational program s, training, and capabilities for Campari products.
Storytelling and engagement (upon r equest by, and/ or together with Sales)
Presents brand education, selling stories and presentations developed together with CCM/Marketing to better explain Campari products, industry trends, and benefit s coming from selling our products.
Performs field visits as needed to get first hand insights on results, identifying issues and opportunities.

Training and Development agencies and service providers, Agencies, bartenders, distributors
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in the delivery of content, driving under standing and appreciation of modules.
- Hospitality management and training skills are requir ed.
- Leadership and wor king in cross-functional (and cross border teams) are preferred.
- Wines, Spirits, mixology knowledge and ability to deliver practical training.
- Education/ Professional Qualifications management, tourism management is an asset.

Working Conditions:
Inside office environment; 60% of the time
20% of time to be spent in the Academy and 20% externally facilitating dissemination of Modules.
Maneuver in and around a training room that has multiple physical obstacles ( e.g. , tight spaces, etc)
Health and Safety:
The job holder must therefore be able to comfortably wear the Personal Protective Equipment necessary to safely carry out the job funct ion.
