Role Context & Mission
The IT/OT Infrastructure & Security Engineer at Campari Group is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of Information Technology and Operational Technology (connected) systems at the local production sites. This position collaborates closely with the Global Infrastructure & Operations and Cyber Security teams to implement and maintain policies and standards while partnering with the site Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure OT equipment adheres to Infrastructure, Network and Cyber Security designs and protocols, coordinating IT/OT Cyber Security and Infrastructure maintenance activities with local production stops and maintenance windows. In addition, overseeing all site IT infrastructure, including communication/server rooms, safeguard network integrity and IT/OT Cyber Security.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Development & Maintenance

Collaborate with Global Infrastructure & Operations and Cyber Security teams to implement and maintain policies and standards for local IT and OT systems.

Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure OT equipment adheres to Cyber Security protocols, especially concerning interconnectivity with networks.

Oversee the management of local communication/server rooms and site infrastructure to maintain network integrity and IT/OT Cyber Security.
Cyber Security & Compliance

Support the deployment and integration of Cyber Security technologies related to Operational Technology (OT), ensuring alignment with global standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for local discussions with the Global Cyber Security team on vulnerabilities and security incidents related to OT at the site.

Manage discussions with local Supply Chain teams to articulate Cyber Security risks and track progress on remediation activities.

Promote and exemplify global cybersecurity and IT/OT best practices, processes, and policies within the local maintenance and engineering community.
Incident Management & SME Support

Serve as a consultant and contributor in the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for significant incidents related to IT infrastructure and networks.

Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to ensure alignment with global incident management protocols.
Project Management & Documentation

Manage local infrastructure refresh projects, coordinating with Engineering and Maintenance teams to minimize disruption and ensure compliance with global standards.

Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence and the asset repository in CMDB for local infrastructure and network systems (IT/OT).
Collaboration & Support

Act as a liaison between local teams and Global Infrastructure & Operations, Cyber Security and IT Global & Regional Supply Chain CoE, ensuring alignment with global strategies and initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to local teams on IT and OT infrastructure designs and implementations, promoting adherence to Infrastructure & Operations and Cyber Security standards and protocols.

Stimulate and facilitate the collection and formalization of local needs and ideas for improvements related to IT/OT technology and processes to be conveyed to global teams.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
-
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Certified in relevant network technologies, architecture and security, such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.

Proven experience or knowledge of the following
-
Managing IT/OT infrastructure in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Implementing Cyber Security protocols in OT systems.
-
Managing communication/server rooms and site infrastructure.
-
Working with OT technologies such as SCADA, ICS, PLCs, etc.
-
Managing local infrastructure refresh projects.
-
Distributed Control systems (Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens).
-
Security incident management and response processes, as well as vulnerability management.

Vendor and Project management
-
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in LAN/WAN design, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, server management, and integration of IPS/IDS for optimal network security.

Knowledge of OT Cyber Security principles and best practices, including network segmentation and access control.

Network technologies and topologies (Cable standards) and structured cabling for Copper and Fiber network connections.

Claroty, Nozomi and SentinelOne or any other Antivirus solution.
Behavioural Skills

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements

English language fluency is a must. Additional languages are nice to have.

Primarily located at the Spanish Town Road priority site, with the requirement to travel 50% of the time to alternative production and/or commercial sites within Jamaica.
