General Description of the Role

 

The Talent Acquisition intern will provide critical candidate experience, reporting & sourcing support to our Americas Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a key role in helping deliver high stakeholder satisfaction, while also providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates as necessary
  • Deliver a personalized and high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the recruitment process and that their hiring process reflects our Campari culture
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems and assist with regional reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
  • Provide excellent candidate experience by partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support 

 

Experience Required

 

  • 0-1 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Native or Full Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Advanced spoken and written English

Education / Professional Qualifications

 

  • Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or relevant coursework related to Human Resources

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and effectively problem solve by identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions
  • Exhibit strong decision-making abilities, making informed judgments and implementing measures to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
