Mission

As Experiential Events Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of impactful consumer events that strengthen brand positioning and support our strategy, while maximizing budget efficiency. Your mission is to deliver best-in-class experiential activations that create memorable moments, foster brand love, and generate user-generated content (UGC). These events should drive trial, expand reach, and convert attendees into brand advocates, supporting our broader digital vision of shifting from paid media to owned and earned engagement.

Experiential initiatives are designed to enhance consumer journeys across all digital touchpoints and build vibrant brand communities through close collaboration with the Senior Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Specialist, Customer & Channel Marketing Managers, as well as Media and PR & Advocacy. The role reports directly to the Consumer, Channel & Customer Marketing Director, ensuring close alignment with brand and experiential strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: identify event concepts, formats, and target audiences in alignment with our brand strategy and business goals.
  • Execution & Coordination: ensure seamless and effective execution of consumer events by connecting the dots amongst internal stakeholders (e.g. Brand Managers, Digital Marketing) and external partners (e.g. event agency, celebrities, influencers, trendsetters and media partners).
  • Campaign Monitoring: support KPI definition and be responsible for tracking and post-campaign analysis to evaluate activation performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sponsorship Management: handle incoming sponsorship requests, assess strategic fit and feasibility along with the Brand Managers, and lead execution of approved partnerships. Conduct post-event evaluations to measure impact and inform future decisions.
  • POSM Management: oversee the planning and management of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to support brand experiences, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with activation strategy.
  • Internal Event Management: coordinate internal gatherings such as the Annual Kick-Off, Christmas Party, and other corporate events that reinforce our culture and team spirit.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL agencies (event, promotional, PR) or in roles with proven exposure to events and experiential marketing.

  • Fluency and excellent presentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building and diverse stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and passion for brand experiences.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Experience working close with agencies, suppliers, or production partners is a plus.
