- Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de vendas indiretas.
- Capacidade de realizar análises de mercado para identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e tendências.
- Inglês Intermediário.
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
- Residência em Cuiabá - MT.
- Flexibilidade para viagens nacionais.
Responsabilidades
- Identificar e avaliar potenciais parceiros indiretos, distribuidores e revendedores.
- Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com parceiros estratégicos.
- Negociar termos contratuais e acordos para assegurar uma colaboração mutuamente benéfica.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas específicas para canais indiretos.
- Colaborar com parceiros na criação de planos de ação para atingir metas compartilhadas.
- Fornecer treinamento e suporte contínuo aos parceiros indiretos.
- Auxiliar na resolução de problemas e fornecer orientação para otimizar o desempenho dos parceiros.
- Monitorar o desempenho das vendas indiretas e analisar dados para identificar áreas de melhoria.
- Preparar relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho das parcerias e apresentar à equipe de liderança.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de marketing, vendas diretas e operações para garantir a integração eficaz das estratégias.
