Overview

 

Campari Hellas newly formed Business Unit will serve the Greek Domestic Customers of Campari. The Customer Service and Logistics Specialist will be part of the Supply Chain team located in Athens. This role requires the suitable candidate to be in the office 4 days p/week.

 

 

General Description of the Role

 

The role will be split 80% on Demand Planning and 20% on Customer Service. On Customer Service you will be managing the order-to-invoice cycle to serve the Greek local market while on Demand Planning, you will be owning the operational demand forecast process ensuring compliance with the global planning cycle and monthly activities.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

 

  1. Demand Planning
  • Lead the Demand Planning processes for Campari Hellas
  • Communicate portfolio changes and ensure that master data in the planning systems is setup correctly, drive product life cycle initiatives
  • Ensure that statistical forecast is leveraged as a base for the volume planning process
  • Ensure that volume & promo inputs coming out of the customer planning process are integrated into the consensus plan
  • Guarantee data integrity & aggregation to provide the volume forecast outlook for regional Supply Chain as well as country MDs and management teams in decision making process
  • Lead the local consensus meetings, track risks and opportunities
  • Combine all available information to build a strategic 24-month and a tactical 13-week demand plan
  • Run the weekly S&OE with EMEA Supply Planning and local Customer Service 
  • Ensure forecast accuracy of the demand plan

 

  1. Customer Service:
  • Responsible for entering in SAP-4 Customers’ Sales Orders either directly from the Customers or from the Sales team
  • Managing the order cycle from initial order, delivery to invoice
  • Managing samples and staff order requests in a timely manner
  • Monitoring service level to Customers and defining corrective actions across different functions
  • Manage and ensure successful completion of specific requests outside of standard deliveries
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on specific orders to ensure on-time delivery with customers
  • Regular contact with Finance team, specifically Accounting, to review potential credit issues with customers

Summary experience:

 

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in STEM (must have)
  • Languages:
    • Greek Mother tongue (must have)
    • English (must have)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Demand Planning plus Customer Service and/or Logistics in any industry, Spirits/Beverage industry preferred
  • SAP knowledge, ECC or S4-HANA
  • Experience of working with Demand Planning systems in a defined planning cycle required. 
  • Hands on experience of SAP APO or IBP Demand Planning desirable.
  • Ability to lead and influence
  • Must have a strong understanding and experience of demand management principles and processes coupled with end-to-end supply chain operational processes.
  • Experience of introducing/working with supply chain solutions, software and systems is beneficial. SAP experience advantageous.
  • Strong background in Excel, PowerBI a plus
