 Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Responsible for the strategic channel development of the Campari portfolio- & agency brands portfolio both the evolution of the brands as well as the commercial objectives.

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Marketing professionals, as well as inspiring the whole business around consumer led Marketing programs.

  • Drive development of key strategic brands through providing appropriate marketing mix and strategic level of marketing support

  • Formulate and direct the company’s marketing strategy in line with brand’s strategy

  • Along with MWB strategy, to achieve long term goals for each pillar.

  • As per dynamic changes of trade environment, CCM needs to lead commercial team appropriately to allocate reasonable resource for the market in order to recruit target consumers via various activations.

  • Considering becoming more competitive market, TB needs to strengthen CCM capabilities of analysis and execution in order to keep brand’s momentum

Key Outputs

  • Commercial insight true to consumer and market situation

  • Work closely with key stakeholders: e.g. commercial team and Campari Asia commercial & marketing team – to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery

  • provide clear and effective filtration for in-market initiatives ensuring focus and prioritization for biggest brand opportunities

  • Implement international brand strategies through development of an annual marketing plans together with commercial team ensuring maximum ROI

Reports to Managing Director

 

Experience Required

  • At least 15 years experience of working in sales and marketing

  • International experience and exposure preferred

  • Strong commercial experience

 

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Graduate ideally major in business management or marketing(not essential)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing

  • Industry knowledge advantageous, FMCG background required
