  • Superior Completo preferencialmente em Administração de Empresa ou Psicologia.
  • Desejável experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de RH.
  • Vivência em Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Conhecimento em Leis Trabalhistas e Política de SGI.
  • Sistema de Gestão Integrada (ISO 9001 /14001/ISO 45001).
  • Inglês avançado.

 

Responsabilidades 

  • Definir perfis e ser o suporte na integração de novos colaboradores para todos os níveis hierárquicos da empresa.
  • Identificar necessidades de capacitação e promover programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para o nível.
  • Implementar e monitorar o sistema de avaliação de desempenho.
  • Atuar nas ações de clima da fábrica e nos planos de ação de engajamento para os operadores da linha de frente, além de suporte a todos os líderes.
  • Desenvolver e atualizar políticas de recursos humanos em conformidade com as legislações vigentes.
  • Ser o suporte com temas de folha de pagamento, administração de benefícios, auditorias, processos trabalhistas e eventos na fábrica de Suape.
