What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Utilities, and Engineering.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Expertise in budget control, contract management, supplier management, OPEX, and CAPEX.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing Engineering projects.
  • Ability to interpret projects, diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong strategic planning skills: implementation of maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, specific NR, and PMI are desirable.
  • Mastery of technical standards (e.g., NR-10, NR-13, NR-20, NR-35) and safety practices.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and solving technical issues in complex systems.
  • Advanced English is required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Maintenance operations, including planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, using methodologies such as TPM, Lean, etc.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and service providers.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of essential utility systems (boilers, HVAC, compressors), promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Plan and coordinate Engineering projects for improvements, expansions, and upgrades of facilities and equipment.
  • Participate in selecting and implementing new technologies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and implement continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-20, etc.), addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Develop and manage maintenance, utilities, and project budgets, optimizing CAPEX and OPEX costs.
  • Implement modern technologies and sustainable practices.
