General Description of the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner Supply Chain role is responsible for a variety of generalist HR areas to support and enable the business of Campari Argentina. As a strategic business partner, this role works closely across all organizational layers within Supply Chain Argentina to provide organizational design consultation and support, management and employee coaching and development, union management, employee relations investigation and resolution, workforce planning, recruiting, training etc.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Business Partner/Organizational Development:
- Proactively partner with Functional leadership to identify organizational, talent or culture opportunities.
- Conduct organizational/issue assessments and develop sound, business-oriented solutions.
- Facilitate the planning and implementation of HR plans and activities.
Talent Management & Employee Relations:
- Provide day-to-day coaching and performance guidance to line management.
- Work together with the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process to attract high caliber talent in a way that continues to build the organizational effectiveness of Campari.
- Facilitate planning and lead the execution of the global Talent Management processes (e.g. Annual Performance Review, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Development Planning)
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the talent management related programs and processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and adherence to policies
- Primary lead on all employee relations issues, conducting investigations, determining findings and aligning management and Legal on recommended actions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of programs/initiatives designed to improve the employer brand of Campari Argentina.
Labor Relations & Union Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and union representatives, ensuring transparent, consistent, and constructive communication aligned with organizational goals.
- Support collective bargaining processes by preparing negotiation materials, analyzing historical agreements, identifying company priorities, and partnering with Legal to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Monitor the implementation of collective bargaining agreements, ensuring all commitments, salary adjustments, and working conditions are applied accurately and on time.
- Lead or support discussions with union delegates, addressing workplace concerns, operational changes, and emerging issues with a proactive approach.
- Advise leaders and managers on labor legislation, union protocols, disciplinary processes, and best practices for maintaining positive employee–employer relations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, H&S, Operations) to ensure alignment when implementing organizational changes affecting unionized staff.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to union meetings, agreements, policies, negotiations, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a strong labor relations culture by promoting respectful dialogue, early issue detection, and collaborative solutions that support both employee wellbeing and business continuity.
Training & Development:
- Lead and implement the Campari Argentina training and development local program for Supply Chain.
- Design, develop and facilitate custom trainings as needed to support capability gaps.
- Implement a robust curriculum to ensure people managers are well equipped to respond to and/or mitigate employee relations issues and drive strong performance.
- Work with employees and managers to develop customized, individual development plans as needed.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- In partnership with the Compensation and Benefits team, support the evolution and day-to-day management of the position and compensation structures.
- Prepare sound new hire/promotion offers consistent with the internal guidelines while fairly valuing the incoming talent considerations.
- Respond to general benefit inquiries and/or facilitate the resolution of issues with internal and/or external benefits resources.
- Ensure the payroll input to guarantee an accurate monthly salary payment.
- Administrate relevant KPIs in order to take relevant decisions for the plant.
General HR Functions:
- Support the compliance to internal HRIS data management and data integrity.
- Contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives within HR to drive efficiencies and improve quality of services and deliverables.
- Lead the general HR Audits in plant and ISO Norms.
- Lead the RSE program for SC community with 3rd parties.
- Define, control, and manage the HR Budget, Salaries and Wages Budget for the Supply Chain function
- Lead, design and implement action plans for our internal employee engagement survey
- Coordinate and implement the SC Transformation Plan
Supervisory Responsibilities
- One HR Analyst
Experience Required
- 8 years of HR generalist experience with at least two years responsible for the HR support to one or more key functional areas within an organization
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- 5+ years of Union Management experience
- Fluent English speaker
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or similar.
