We are looking for passionate individuals in the world of aperitifs for the position of Category Manager, focusing on marketing and branding strategies to increase Campari's visibility and market share. There is significant collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of our strategies so that we continue to grow in the Argentine market.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Understand the Argentine market, propose innovative products in aperitifs, and suggest the best strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including media, digital influencers, ATL & BTL agencies, event production, POS and merchandise assets, market research, and other indirect services.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness within designated channels.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively integrated and executed.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends within specific channels and propose innovations for the market.
  • In coordination with Marketing Planning & Operations, manage marketing budgets and ensure that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and insights to optimize future activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years as a manager (leading teams of more than 3 people).
  • Desirable trade experience and a background in the beverage industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills (P&L management and monthly brand performance).
  • Knowledge in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing.
  • High proficiency in English.
