We are looking for passionate individuals in the world of aperitifs for the position of Brand Manager, focusing on marketing and branding strategies to increase Campari's visibility and market share. There is significant collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of our strategies so that we continue to grow in the Argentine market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to strengthen brand identity and recognition.
  • Analyze trends, competition, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.
  • Oversee the creation of advertising and digital marketing campaigns that align with brand values.
  • Administer resources allocated for brand promotion and communication.
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure coherence in brand strategy.
  • Evaluate the impact of strategies through data analysis and KPIs.

 

What we are looking for

  • Degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Excellent analytical skills (P&L management and monthly brand performance).
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills.
