About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst for Aperol, someone capable of acting as the right hand of the Brand Manager, leading cross-functional projects, generating deep insights, and ensuring that brand strategy is translated into concrete, measurable and high‑impact actions.
This role requires a strong blend of data analysis, project leadership, strategic thinking, and flawless execution, working closely with internal teams and multiple external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing within FMCG, with the potential and ambition to grow into a Brand Manager role in the near future.
Main Responsibilities
- Translate Aperol’s brand strategy into concrete, measurable and business‑oriented action plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end brand projects: campaigns, activations, experiences, POP materials, and product launches.
- Analyze sales, market and consumer data (SCI, Scentia, Kantar, Nielsen) to generate actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to track brand KPIs and commercial performance.
- Write creative briefs and coordinate execution with media, creative, influencer and POP agencies.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, On/Off Trade and Innovation teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality implementation.
- Manage the marketing budget, including A&P tracking, validations and spending control.
- Drive high‑impact special projects (e.g., national campaigns, seasonal moments, major brand events).
- Serve as a transversal point of contact, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders autonomously.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management or similar roles within FMCG (no junior profiles).
- Proven experience independently leading brand projects and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with SCI, Scentia, Kantar, Nielsen or similar data sources.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI or dashboarding tools is a plus.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary agencies (creative, media, influencers, POP).
- Ability to write briefs and communication materials.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Proactive, organized, analytical, and results‑driven profile.
- Ambition and potential to grow into a Brand Manager role in the short term.
