Campari Benelux is looking for a Horeca Business Developer to join its dynamic commercial team. The assigned area is West-Vlaanderen, with a focus on the coastal cities.

 

YOUR ROLE

The Horeca Business Developer’s role is a subtle mix between sales and marketing and the primary customer service contact for our on-premise customers. The Horeca Business Developer will drive sales, distribution and growth targets of Campari Benelux products within the defined sales territory: West-Vlaanderen, with a focus on the coast. The Horeca Business Developer will promote Campari Benelux and our premium brands in a professional manner consistent with the values of our organization and overall quality image of our brands and business.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with the customer base and your network within your territory
  • Achieve sales and distribution objectives as a result of planning and execution of the different brand plans
  • Provide ongoing superior customer service to your customer base in territory
  • Effectively drive brand education and sales with established client-base
  • Maintain customer records and reviewing performance at regular intervals
  • Manage, administer and attend all consumer engagement activities you have planned in your region
  • Provide relevant information on key industry trends/developments and major competitor activity
  • Prospect and explore in order to seize the opportunities to strengthen your customer base
  • Demonstrate time management skills by meeting deadlines, planning calls and following up on queries
  • Be a team player, sharing best practices, assisting fellow ‘Camparistas’ within the team and across the organization, maintaining highly positive staff morale and teamwork
  • Attend On-Trade Sales Meetings and implement any actions arising from these meetings

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a first commercial experience in a similar role and ideally have already a strong network in your region
  • You have a passion for HORECA and already worked in this sector
  • You have an intrapreneur and independent mindset, you will develop your business in your region.
  • You are ambitious, curious and sociable. Meeting new people, discovering new stories is for you an opportunity to grow
  • You work autonomously and still have a collaborative approach contributing to the enthusiasm and positive interactions with your colleagues
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch, you speak fluently English. French is a plus.
  • You are familiar with CRM software’s
  • You don’t give up easily and can’t be satisfied by simply meeting the objectives, you want to over achieve them. A 9 to 5 job isn’t for you.
  • You are pragmatic, reliable and understand the implication of your work on the general performance of the department and the company
