Role Overview

Campari Benelux is looking for a Consumer Engagement Intern to join and further strengthen its dynamic Marketing team. The Consumer Engagement aspect is referring to all capabilities at local level to support brands growth leveraging integrated marketing on the brands.

The Consumer engagement activities related to digital, CRM, Influencer and media expertise, reporting directly to the Digital manager and in close collaboration with the Channel and Customer Marketing team members. He/She will play a role in shaping and helping the future of Consumer Engagement on the brands of Campari Benelux.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Media: Support the development and execution of media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • CRM: Assist in managing customer relationships through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Social media: Help manage content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking across social platforms.
  • Influencers: Coordinate with influencers to create authentic brand partnerships and campaigns.
  • Experiential Marketing: Assist in planning and executing brand events and experiential marketing activities to engage consumers in memorable ways.
  • Support to Brand managers team: Assist on the operationnal side and executing activations managed and lead by brand managers.
  • Analytics & Tools: Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales) and external partners (agencies, platforms) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for brand building, consumer engagement, and digital innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
