General Description of the Role
The Brand Marketing Director is responsible for the strategic development of the Campari portfolio- both the evolution of the brands as well as the commercial objectives.
Working as a key member of the management team the Brand Marketing Director will lead, motivate and develop a team of Marketing professionals, as well as inspiring the whole business around consumer led Marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
To drive development of key strategic brands through providing appropriate marketing mix and strategic level of marketing support

To build brand, portfolio strategy / Innovation Pipeline Goal / Market Expansion for each core brands to make consumer centric decision

To cooperate strongly with key stakeholders: e.g. Commercial team and Campari APAC Marketing and Campari Global Marketing – to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery

To lead the brand plan by defining key brand issues and target consumer and developing agenda to resonate with them

To be able to manage and control A&P investment (consumer activation and media investment impact)

To provide clear and effective filtration for in-market initiatives ensuring focus and prioritization for biggest brand opportunities

To Set up and keep monitoring KPIs and give direction to the entire team to achieve KPIs

To lead an ongoing innovation agenda to create new business opportunities

To continue to pilot new marketing approaches through next-gen MKT and community MKT based on passion points

To initiate market/consumer research studies and pro-actively connecting dots between business context and consumer insight to bring strategic recommendation to the business

To identify and implement processes (brand planning, brand reviews, best practice sharing etc.) which facilitate internal operational effectiveness.
Reporting relationship
The Brand Marketing Director reports to the Managing Director.
The Marketing Director is a key member of the Campari Korea Leadership team, working closely with key members of the Sales and CCM Teams
Team
The Brand Marketing Director will lead a team of Brand Manager
Experience Required
This role requires at least 15 years of marketing experience in a brand driven organisation, preferably at international level.
Industry knowledge advantageous, FMCG background required.
Education / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Commercial or related field
