What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in MRP/Supply Planning (S&OP).
- Operational knowledge of planning tools and technology (SAP).
- Good experience in input planning, production analysis considering quantities and imported materials.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strategic thinking, end-to-end vision of the process and business.
- English Advanced (oral and written).
- Spanish is a plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis for production, sales, and business.
- Manage critical suppliers, such as bottles, glass, and Aperol extract coming from Italy.
- Provide support to various areas autonomously, without relying on other departments.
- Review the production schedule and material requirements (raw materials and packaging).
- Create purchase orders and send them to suppliers, following up for confirmation.
- Review shortages, MRP messages, and address short-term risks.
- Adjust inventory orders according to updated forecasts and production changes.
- Manage excess inventory of materials and avoid waste.
- Communicate with suppliers about order status, delivery times, and issues.
