At Campari Group, we are looking for a Regional Strategic Buyer to lead industrial procurement across Latin America.
This is a highly strategic role, not transactional, where you will drive category strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and actively contribute to a business transformation journey within our industrial procurement organisation.
You will operate in a regional scope, with exposure to multiple countries, collaborating with global teams and leading key sourcing initiatives across industrial categories.

What we are looking for
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience working in industrial environments (manufacturing / FMCG / energy or similar).
- Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel, knowledge of SAP, Coupa or Power BI is a plus.
- Solid experience in Indirect Procurement with strong exposure to Industrial Categories (MRO, Services, CAPEX).
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and operate in a matrix organisation.
- Highly self-driven, autonomous and resilient profile.
- Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for Industrial Services, MRO, Facilities and CAPEX.
- Lead complex negotiations, contracting and supplier management (SRM).
- Drive RFI / RFP / RFQ processes and total cost analysis (TCO, should cost).
- Influence and engage key stakeholders across operations, engineering and supply chain.
- Partner with global procurement teams on category alignment and initiatives.
- Support risk mitigation, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
