This is not a role focused on maintaining reports or following established routines. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting data, commercial strategy, pricing, promotions, profitability, and market dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and drive smarter business decisions.
You'll work across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Tax and Analytics teams, influencing discussions that impact pricing strategies, promotional investments, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
What you'll do
- Develop pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives across brands, channels and customers.
- Build profitability scenarios and business cases connecting volume, price, mix and margin impacts.
- Identify opportunities to optimise trade investments, promotions and commercial spend.
- Analyse market, channel and customer performance to uncover growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and monitor RGM KPIs, dashboards and governance routines, turning data into clear recommendations and business actions.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Tax and Analytics teams to drive profitable growth across the business.
- Support one of the most exciting business transformations, helping build and strengthen RGM capabilities within Campari Brazil.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Trade Marketing, Market Intelligence or related areas.
- Previous experience within FMCG or consumer goods environments is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into compelling business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with pricing analysis, profitability modelling, trade investment effectiveness and performance management.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys working with autonomy, challenging the status quo and leading initiatives from idea to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English.
Location: Alphaville, Barueri/SP (hybrid model).
