About the Role

The OFF Trade Strategy Coordinator is responsible for translating brand and business strategy into effective in‑store execution across the Off Trade channel in Brazil. This position plays a key role in planning and delivering category initiatives, POS materials, and commercial activations that support the performance of Campari’s priority brands.
Working in a hybrid model (Tuesdays and Thursdays on‑site in Alphaville), the role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on experience with trade marketing, POS workflows, and category execution. The Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external agencies to ensure campaigns and plans are delivered accurately and on time.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of category plans for key brands, ensuring performance and growth within the Off Trade channel.
  • Manage the annual and monthly campaign/activation calendar, guaranteeing timely delivery of all activities and materials.
  • Oversee the complete POS production process: briefing, artwork validation, production, logistics, and in‑store deployment.
  • Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data using internal tools (Compass/Power BI) and Scantech to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Support the planning and execution of major national programs such as Negroni Week and Summer Campaigns.
  • Prepare performance reports and track KPIs related to volume, execution quality, visibility, and campaign coverage.
  • Act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and agencies, ensuring alignment and successful cross‑functional execution.
  • Identify potential risks or delays in the execution calendar and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Execution, Shopper Marketing, or related areas within FMCG/CPG.
  • Proven experience managing POS/MPDV materials and understanding the full creation‑to‑deployment process.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating sell‑in/sell‑out performance and category insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI tools; experience with Compass (Power BI) and Scantech is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organization, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; previous experience collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing.
  • Availability to work in hybrid format
