We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery to join our South America team, based in Alphaville/São Paulo (hybrid model). Reporting directly to the IT Country Manager South America, this role covers Brazil, Argentina and Peru, supporting our dynamic and fast-paced regional operations.

You will have the opportunity to act as the key contact for all IT service delivery topics across the region, the position is hands-on in managing local vendors, coordinating with global teams and ensuring the smooth running of infrastructure, end-user support and critical projects.

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for a proactive, self-managed professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a background in IT service delivery within multinational environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical and managerial aspects of IT, with a proven ability to drive projects, manage incidents and coordinate with local and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT service delivery for Brazil, Argentina and Peru, including infrastructure, end-user support and project management.
  • Manage local vendors and coordinate with global IT teams for project execution.
  • Lead incident management and ensure effective escalation and resolution.
  • Support major projects such as office openings and infrastructure refreshes.
  • Monitor service quality, drive continuous improvement, and maintain governance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service delivery issues and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Exposure to global stakeholders and the opportunity to develop expertise in manufacturing and cyber security.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in IT within multinational companies.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in IT Service Management with third-party partners.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, end-user support and service delivery.
  • Experience in incident management, vendor management and project coordination.
  • ITIL certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industries is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
